Our 40,500 sf manufacturing plant produces high quality floor and roof trusses and wall panels for residential, multi-family, commercial and agricultural buildings. Our highly skilled design staff and sales staff are among the finest and experienced in the area. They are able to provide our customers with a roof system, floor system and components wall panels which meets all building code requirements.

Our extensive use of computer technology through estimating, design and manufacturing with Mitek Industries provide for maximum efficiencies that are returned to our customers through competitive pricing. Mitek Saphire software lets us share files with our customers to help you design, estimate, and build accurately from a single, 3D model – optimizing the structure while improving speed, efficiency and the bottom line for our customers.

Equipment

Our computer controlled saws ensure that the trusses or wall panels that are engineered, constructed and sent to the jobsite will meet the customers specific design and building needs. This state of the art technology provides the highest standards at a level of efficiency that is superior to any in the industry. Our ALS saw uses servo technology which speeds up the cutting process and cuts precisely to 1/32 of an inch.

Our 100' long truss table ensures that we can provide you with any size truss that your project requires. A computer controlled jigging systems guarantees that your trusses will be built to the exact specifications the are required. Truss designs are downloaded directly to the truss table and by simply choosing the desired truss on the touch screen monitor the jigs automatically adjust to fit the new truss in under 30 seconds. This efficient setup allows Christensen Building Components to competitively build any job which means you save time and money.

Wall Panels and Components

We have teamed up with two of the highest quality software and equipment companies in the business, Mitek and Panels Plus, to enable us to build you the most competitively priced wall panel while ensuring the highest of standards in quality construction.

Our Mitek design software communicates directly with the Alpine saw and plate marker ensuring accuracy in wall construction that is second to none.

Our four walls lines produce assembly line efficiency in placing the studs, sheathing and nailing while in turn producing perfectly square wall panels that are of the highest standard.
